Assessments
Assessment service for schools who would like their children’s communication assessed for various purposes.
Reports
Providing reports following a formal assessment or a Care Plan if required, that school staff can follow & share with parents.
Appointments
Available to speak with parents/carers/school staff after 3.30pm as part of my working day in the school by appointment.
Independent Speech & Language Therapy
Children aged 2-16
Daily Rate
£390 per day (8.30am-3.30pm ~ 30mins for lunch). Half days are not possible.
Report Costs
An assessment with a report is charged at £360 (6 hours) & is separate from my daily rate.
Contracts
Schools will be responsible for providing a contract of employment and written parental consent.
Review
I review my rates & fees annually in April.
Memberships & Associations
I am a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), have up to date Disclosure and Barring Service checks (DBS), and have current Safeguarding training. I can provide documentation on request.
